Concepts of Management

Management is the art of human relations and the science of organizational leadership. Classical management theories accepted that the functions or operational tasks of managers should be clearly identified and assigned to a specific organizational unit. each function should be precisely defined, with standards for correct performance that are enforced consistently by supervisors.

This article discusses about classical management theories, Fayol’s fourteen principles and other organizational concepts and approaches.
